Order finalization


Since it is very likely that you have not read the above asfs either, allow us to highlight the often problematic parts!

  • We are a web-based company, so you can do everything on the website and in the customer portal, there is no telephone customer service or personal customer service. EVERYTHING is included in the customer portal.
  • All packages (order, extension, exchange, even due to technical error, cancellation, return) can only be handled by a courier, which you have to pay for, there and back. There is no post office, because the packages do not arrive, and we do not even go to the post office to get them.
  • If you pay late, there is a fee. If you are more than 15 days late with the payment, there is a very expensive fee because we will disable the card and then reactivate it when you pay.
  • There is no unlimited internet without loyalty anywhere, not even here. If you don't wait until the end of the loyalty period to cancel, or if you don't pay for a long time, it will be very, very expensive.
  • The contract ends when either party terminates it. If you want to cancel, send us back everything you have received from us so far.
  • We can accept the cancellation with the service provider's billing cycle, if you slip out of it, we will bill you until the next billing cycle; there is no broken month at the end of the contract.
  • If you return something incomplete (e.g. a SIM card exchange due to a technical fault and the business card-sized frame is missing), we will charge a card exchange fee, which is not cheap.
  • Summary: act according to the contract, we do the same. Everything that is not internet (round-trip shipping, exchange, delay, incomplete package) is billed separately.
  • Our technical and administrative errors are very rare. If you experience this, report it to the customer portal, wait for our written response, and act accordingly.
